Is This Space for Me?
Who I hold space for - and why it matters
It’s a question that lives quietly in so many sensitive hearts:
“Will I be welcome there… exactly as I am?”
Maybe you've felt like the odd one out, too much or not enough.
Maybe you've been in spaces that called themselves “healing” — but still expected you to mask, explain, or perform.
Maybe you're exhausted from trying to find where you truly belong.
If that’s you - I want you to know something:
This space was built for you.
Who is this for?
· Neurodivergent women and those exploring that identity
· Highly sensitive people
· Burnt out carers, therapists, teachers, space holders
· Women who are grieving, processing trauma, or simply holding too much
· People who are deeply intuitive but often dismissed or misunderstood
· Those who need gentle, sensory, nature-based rest
· Anyone who feels safer with animals than people
You don’t need to be “fixed"
You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need to be in crisis
.You just need to be curious — about the possibility of another way to be.
What this space isn’t
This isn’t coaching.
It isn’t therapy.
It isn’t goal-setting, mindset-shifting, or horse training.
It’s relational. It’s consent-led. It’s restorative.
It’s space to stop bracing, unmask gently, and come into connection - with yourself, with the horses, with the land, and with whatever it is you’re holding.
You don’t have to make sense.
You don’t have to hold a conversation if you don’t want to.
You don’t even have to know why you’re here.
You just have to arrive.
The rest… we’ll meet together.
